As an independent, family owned, surveying practice we work throughout Somerset, Devon, Bristol, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and most of Cornwall! We specialise in providing building and property pre-purchase surveys including the Level 2 RICS Home Buyer Report, Level 3 RICS Building Survey along with Listed Building Surveys.

We are able to act as a party wall surveyor in Party Wall etc Act 1996 matters if you are extending your home, undertaking party wall works or if your neighbour is doing so and you have been served a notice.

Whilst we generally focus on residential property we do undertake commercial surveying work including schedule of condition and technical due diligence surveys.
